Every mandate is led by a senior banker from the first call to the close. We start with the business itself, its cash, its customers and its cap table, because that is what every buyer, investor and lender will test.
Most of what we arrange is never announced: stake sales, raises, credit, rescues, and quiet sales of whole companies. That suits our clients, and it suits us.

Senior from start to finish
A senior banker leads every mandate, from the first conversation through signing and closing. No hand-off to a junior team once the work begins.
An operator’s read of the business
We read a business the way its operators do: cash, customers, the plant floor, the cap table. That is what buyers and lenders test, so it is where we start.
Discretion by default
Counterparties, terms and timing stay confidential unless a client chooses otherwise. Most of our work is never announced.
Straight answers, early
If a mandate is not right for us, or not ready for the market, we say so at the start rather than at the end.
Named once they close.
We list a transaction when it has completed and our client agrees to be named. Amounts are never published.
